Cow dung Collection Centre

Issue

Improper/no cow dung management, haphazard throws into canal, pond, creek and water bodies, road side’s bushes etc.

Rationality

Hygienic and clean environment, reduced vector activities at cluster. Indiscriminate disposal of cow dung here and there, polluting surrounding environment. In order to manage properly a cow dung collection Centre will be used for biogas and vermi-compost making.

Community Milk collection Centre development

Issue

No milk collection Centre, poor quality milk, less price for milk, poor dairy products etc.

Rationality

Availability of safe milk, milk products, fair price at cluster/cooperatives. Community based milk collection Centre will be used for collecting the farm products i.e. milk to be used in the chilling Centre.
